Winter Shut-in/Mini Retreat December 21
 
Come join us at Liberatory Zone retreat house in the Oakland hills where we will eat vegan alkaline fresh meals as we reflect together and look within. We will prepare for the cold weather with warm herbal teas that support our immune system and collectively affirm ourselves as we head into the tempous holiday season. We engage in art, sacred movement through dance and art and sound healing.
