Fall Shut-in/Mini Retreat September 21
 
Come join us at Liberatory Zone retreat house in the Oakland hills where we will prepare ourselves for the fall equinox and align our personal season of transformation as we assess who we are  becoming this year through our practice. We will take time to tend to our inner griot and share stories as we engage in yoga, sound healing and connect with nature through a nature herbal walk and outdoor therapeutic spa. We will eat vegan alkaline fresh and learn live food meals as we commune with nature.
